Captain of Karela FC, Willam Opoku, says they have a lot to learn as they relish success in the upcoming football season.
The youngster scored his first goal for the newly promoted Ghana Premier League side, in their 4-0 win against Ebusua Dwarfs in this year’s GHALCA G8 tournament yesterday.
According to the Captain, they learnt a lot in the opening match defeat to Hearts which propelled in securing all three points against Dwarfs with an emphatic victory.
He said: “When we went to the training, we corrected the mistakes that happened in the last game and it accounted for our win.
“We’re a lot more to do, this is a preseason game and we’re learning,” Opoku said in a post-match interview.
Karela will face leaders Medeama in the last round of group matches on Sunday.
