Nominations for the 2018 Exclusive Men of the Year (EMY) Africa Awards has been announced.
Kuami Eugene, King Promise, Stonebwoy and others will compete for honours in various categories. The awards celebrates exceptional and distinguished men in Africa who have excelled in their fields of endeavours.
The nominations announcement was hosted by Nathaniel Attoh.
Kuami Eugene, boxer Isaac Dogbe, King Promise, Kobby Blay and Alloysius Attah will compete for ‘Discovery of the Year’ award.
Nathaniel Attoh, Okyeame Kwame, Stephen Appiah, Harold Amenyah and Jake Obeng-Bediako battle for ‘Man of the Year Style’ category.
Stonebwoy will compete with comedian DKB, Kumawood actor Akrobeto, Comedian DKB, Playwright Latif Abubakar and movie producer Abdul Salam for ‘Men In Entertainment’ award.
A total of 24 awards are up for grab for people who have distinguished themselves and initiated steps to help in the development and progress of families, societies and the African region at large.
Joselyn Dumas, Selly Gally, Salma Mumin, KOD, Nana Adwoa Awindor and Big J Cartel of Praye fame are some of the public figures who attended the event.
The third edition of the awards will be held on August 18, 2018. The awards scheme is powered by Carbon Av and Exclusive Men’s Magazine.
