Former Bayern Munich defender Samuel Osei Kuffour and Dr. Kwame Baah Nuako are set to be appointed onto the GFA Normalisation Committee, according to reports.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalisation Committee which was set up by FIFA to supervise football in the country could have a new look with the inclusion of new faces.
Former Black Stars player Samuel Osei Kuffour and former communications director of Asante Kotoko Dr. Kwame Baah Nuako have been touted as the likeliest personalities to be part of the reconstituted body.
It is reported that Samuel Osei Kuffour and Dr. Kwame Baah Nuako will replace Naa Adofoley Nortey and Duah Adonteng on the GFA Normalisation Committee.
The Normalisation Committee was charged to ensure that football activities in Ghana is brought back to its normal stage after the famous Anas and Tiger eye PI team’s documentary exposed a great deal of corrupt acts in the football space.
The six month mandate given to the GFA Normalisation Committee chaired by Dr. Kofi Amoah will elapse on March 31.But several reports suggest the NC would ask for an extension since they would want to make amends.
