The President Nana Akufo-Addo will today in Parliament deliver his third State of the Nation Address in Parliament to tell the people of this country to what extent he has gone with regards to the promises he made in Parliament in the last State of the Nation Address (SONA).
The President in his second SONA touch on some very vital aspects of the economy; such as the area of Agriculture, where he promised the One-Village-One-Dam project, 1-District-1-Factory programme; Education, which will kick start the much talked about Free SHS policy; $1 million per constituency; Security among many other promises.
However, a cross section of the public feels the government have not lived to achieve these promises, especially in the area of security where the government promised that criminals and miscreants shall not have a hiding place in the economy but the public thinks the security of the country has been compromised.
“We shall not allow miscreants of any sort to terrorize our population; and I promise that there will be no hiding place for criminals”. he stressed
So we ask, what are your expectations ahead of today’s Sate of the Nation Address and what do you expect the President to do differently?
