Former AC Milan star man Sulley Muntari was a second half substitute as Hearts of Oak thrashed Bechem United in a friendly game.
The Phobians won 3-0 on Wednesday morning at the Legon Ajax Park.
Obeng Junior shot the Accra giants into lead on the 4th minute after he was put through on goal by Malik Akowuah.
Bechem United pushed for the equalizer but the Phobians guided their lines very well.
On the 50th Muntari was introduced into the game and he was delight to watch as he displayed his trademark long passes.
Patrick Razak doubled Hearts of Oak’s lead on the 61st minute after toe-poking Bechem United’s shot stopper.
8th minutes later, Razak grabbed his brace and Hearts of Oak’s third goal.
Muntari since two weeks has been training with Hearts of Oak in a bid to stay fit.
Last Monday, after Hearts of Oak’s training he gave each player $100. On Tuesday he donated 50 assorted pack fruits to the team.
Muntari is currently a free agent after leaving Spanish side Deporivo La Coruna.
