Ghana’s Abraham Tabul (12-1-1, 10 KOs) failed to come to the party on Friday night in Montenegro after losing to crowd favorite Dilan Prasovic (10-0, 8 KOs).
The Ghanaian was stopped in round 8 in their scheduled cruizerweight contest.
Tabul started the fight on a good note as he landed some cleans shot to the head and body of Prasovic.
As the fight travels, the Ghanaian got tired allowing Prasovic to take charge of the fight. Tabul failed to curtail Prasovic’s power.
Prasovic mounted intense pressure on Tabul in round five and six – the Ghanaian adapted the clinching strategy.
Prasovic kept on the pressure in round seven battering the Ghanaian. In the eighth round Tabul couldn’t continue with the fight as the Montenegrin was declared the winner.
