OFFICIAL: Real Madrid Signs Zidane’s Successor

Spanish topflight side, Real Madrid have named Julen Lopetegui as Zidane’s successor.

The 51 year-old inked a three year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Zidane who led the Madrid-based club to a three UEFA Champions League titles on the bounce resigned from his post in May citing the club needs a ”different voice.”

Lopetegui, who is the current manager of the Spanish male soccer national team will join Real Madrid after the World Cup in Russia.

He’s had a lot of experience in Europe having managed Porto in Potugal.
