Otake, 36, is ranked 6th by the WBO and he holds the OPBF super bantamweight belt.
Otake holds a four-year winning streak, the last time he lost a bout was in 2014 when he was outpointed by Scott Quigg.
His first career loss was against compatriot Manabu Koguchi in 2007.
The fight against Dogboe will be Otake’s second fight outside the shores of Japan – the first one was against Quigg of England.
Before Dogboe get a unification fight against the other champions in the division, he must first take care of Otake.
