Japanese trainer Kenichi Yatsuhashi led his current side Inter Allies to beat his former side Hearts of Oak on match day 14 of the Ghana Premier League on Thursday at the Tema Park.
Yatsuhashi’s side reigned supreme over the Phobians by winning by a goal to nil.
Allies started the game on a good note as they unsettled the Phobians – they won all the 50-50 balls in the middle of the pitch.
The home side’s hard work yielded dividend as they broke the deadlock on the 22nd minute thanks to a wonder strike by Richmond Lamptey.
Hearts of Oak dominated play in the second half but they couldn’t break down the well structured defense of Inter Allies.
