Liverpool Legend Extols Super Eagles Chukwueze

Liverpool Legend Don Hutchison tips Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze to be a top player very soon but feels English Premier League Clubs will not have the courage to go in for the signature of the player.

His comments came after Chukwueze scored the match opener in Nigeria’s 2-1 victory over the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the quarter final of the ongoing 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

Chukwueze who won the Man of the Match award of the said game gave Gernot Rohr’s men a 1-0 lead before the break with an assist from Arsenal Star Alex Iwobi, before William Troost-Ekong grabbed the late winner for the Super Eagles in the final minute.

“What a player mate. English clubs won’t have the balls to go for him (Chukwueze). I’ve told loads of scouts/coaches Etc about him! Going right to the top,” Hutchinson who is so much impressed with the performance of the Villarreal forward so far wrote on his official twitter page.

Nigeria will now face the Desert Foxes who eliminated Ivory Coast in the semi-finals on Sunday.
