Former Hearts of Oak forward Cosmos Dauda says his primary target is to make history at Al Faisaly.
Dauda completed his move to the Jordanian side on Tuesday as a free agent. He signed one-year deal.
“It is always a great feeling signing a professional contract,”Dauda told Ghanacrusader.com.”This is different because Al Faisaly is the biggest club in Jordan with great history and too many trophies in their cabinet. I’m looking forward to making history with them.”
He continued, “I must live up to expectation, their fan base is thick. The desire to win every game is high and with mentality you have to push 100%. I love this challenge.”
Dauda had a stellar first season at Accra Hearts of Oak where he ended the season as the club’s top scorer, netting 13 goals.
However, the former Mighty Jet striker form declined in the second season and could not improve in his third season and was shown the exit door by the management of the club last May.
