Hearts of Oak wideman Isaac Mensah has completed his move t Angolan club Petro Atletico de Luanda.
The 22-year-old speedster signed a three-year deal with the Yellow and Blue lads on a free transfer after his contract with the Rainbow club expired last month.
He rose through the ranks of the Capital-based club and earned promotion to the first team in 2012.
The former Auroras star has joined his teammate Inusah Musah at the Angolan club.
He had an unsuccessful loan stint at Egyptian club Al Ittihad Alexandria last year.
Mensah made ten appearances for Hearts of Oak in the first round of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League season.
