Hearts of Oak Appoint New CEO After Mark Noonan’s Resignation


Accra Hearts of Oak have appointment Mr. Frederick Moore as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) after the abrupt exit of American  Mark Noonan.

The former MLS  guru, Mark Noonan, vacated his role as Hearts of Oak CEO due to the lack of football action in Ghana plus a host of personal issues. The club issued a statement on Thursday to announce the latest development at the club.

Newly appointed CEO Frederick Moore joins the Phobians from AJS Consulting firm. He previously worked as the CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accounting.
