Head coach of Accra Great Olympics, Godwin Attram, has vowed to rescue the club from relegation with few matches to end the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season.
Earlier this week, Attram was re-appointed head coach of the ‘Wonder Club’ after the resignation of Tom Strand who was appointed six months ago.
This prompted Attram’s demotion as assistant head coach in an era of turbulence for Great Olympics who are solely to blame for their current woes.
In an interview with Finder Sports, Attram said :“It is a very dicey situation that we are in now and I can tell you that it is not going to be easy.
“Now we all have to team up and work a little bit harder than we have done recently.
I will do my very best but the situation is such that it will be by the grace that we can survive.
“I have told my boys that whatever that happens they should play their hearts out and if it is the will of God that we go back to relegation, then no one can stop that.”
Olympics are deeply involved in the relegation dog-fight as they lie 15th on league log with just four games to spare.
