Black Stars striker Emmanuel Boateng’s move to the Chinese Super League is almost done after agreeing to an €11 million deal with Dalian Yifang.
The potent attacker completed a medical on Monday and is expected to be announced as a Dalian Yifang player soon. The 22-year-old was signed from Portuguese outfit Moireirense in the summer of 2017 but has struggled for form this season, scoring just once in 16 La Liga appearances.
The former Tema Youth striker confirmed to TV3 Sports that he has completed a medical on Monday ahead of the move to Dalian Yifang in the CSL. The deal if announced will be the second highest fee Levante have received for a player in their history.
Boateng rose to prominence when he netted a hat-trick in an emphatic 5-4 victory at home to Barcelona last May.
