Hearts of Oak have been handed a massive boost following the arrival of Camara Nguessan’s International Transfer Certificate (ITC).
The tall lanky middleman has not been able to feature for the Accra giants in the league due to a delay in the arrival of his ITC. But he has been cleared now and will be able to play when Hearts of Oak host WAFA at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium next Wednesday.
The Ivorian excelled for the former Premier League champions during pre-season, starring in the match with Dreams and Vision FC, but he has had to wait to feature in the league due to paperwork.
He played last over the weekend against Kaakyire FC in a friendly game and his green-light to play competitive matches for the Rainbow Boys has come at the perfect time.
Midfielder Aminu Alhassan begins a one-game suspension after accumulating three yellow cards but Camara is expected to fill in when the Phobians battles WAFA.
