Member of Parliament for the Ellembele Constituency in the Western Region of Ghana, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, has admonished members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to start working towards winning power come 2020.
According to him, despite the abysmal performance and the failings of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), it will take hard work, grassroots organization and a strong message to wrestle power from the ruling party and that effort must start now from all branches.
Mr. Kofi Buah said this in a speech read on his behalf by his office manager, Lord Arthur, during presentation of a motorbike to the youth wing of the party in Ellembele.
Receiving the donation at Ayinasi last Tuesday, the constituency Chairman, Mr. Alex Kwame Mahama reiterated the MP’s hard work and leadership that made the NDC win the Ellembele seat for three conservative terms and assured him commitment of the constituency executives to lead the effort to victory 2020 and beyond.
The presentation was one of the many interventions that Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi is doing in his constituency to return the NDC party to power.
