The Chairperson for the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations Hon. Freda Prempeh has confirmed that ticket prices for the tournament will be finalized on friday.
The Confederation of African Football(CAF) decided to maintain Ghana as host for 2018 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations.
A CAF Executive Committee meeting held last week Thursday in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt unanimously agreed not to strip off the hosting rights from the Ghana and has therefore backed Ghana to host the tournament next month.
The LOC for the competition took to its official Twitter handle to announce the date to release the prices for match day tickets for the tournament.

Ghana was on the verge of losing the rights to host the eight-team tournament following delays in getting venues earmarked for the competition ready before the scheduled date.
The tournament will start on the 17th of November with the Accra Sports stadium earmarked to host the opening game of the tournament. Cape Coast stadium is another venue for the tournament.
Teams that will be based in Accra will use the El Wak Sports Stadium and Presec Park as training grounds whiles the Robert Mensah Stadium and Ndoum Stadium will be used by teams to be based in Cape Coast.
Ghana is hosting seven other African countries namely, Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa ,Equatorial Guinea, Zambia, Algeria and Mali between November 17 to December 1.
